The Financial Fringe is made up of eight financial services trade bodies who have come together to produce a practical guide about personal finance for Councillors & MP's to use with their constituents.
The aim of the guide is to help Councillors deal with financial problems and it provides helpful information on a range of financial services issues covering subjects such as dealing with debt, mortgage arrears, accessing basic banking services, pensions and saving with credit unions.
